Wake early. Subway -> maglev train -> airport. Fly to Hong Kong. Check into hotel, lunch & sweet desserts. Rest in hotel (stomach ache). Meet Uncle Paul, borrow cell phone from friend's shop. Drive to The Peak and see twilight views of the city. Get gelato. Go to Jockey Club for Cantonese dinner. Go back to Causeway Bay for dessert.
